5:38p	Western Avenue entertainment At my mom's house we discovered police are waiting for cars and randomly pulling them over. Many are getting warnings or just checks for insurance. The occasional ones are getting tickets. My parents, sister and brother-in-law are betting dollars on the color of the car being pulled over. Only in Chicago.
