That was a noble deed deciding to undergo a dangerous and possibly lethal procedure for you in the slim hope of saving your dad's life (provided someone can clear his RL legal issues) but I have one concern:
YOU HAVE A CHILD!
That comes first. Any parent who would do such a thing should not be one.
